has Music on the Lawn once a month from April through October.  There is no cost for this event.  You are welcome to bring a picnic, buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the evening with us!  It would be a good idea to bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on.
There will be more details here each month about the type music and other activities taking place.

"CHIC" CHAMPAGNE FRUIT COMPOTE

You may use all of your favorite fruits for this delicious fruit compote/salad.  I like to use fresh:  Pineapple, Oranges, Strawberries, Cherries, Grapes, Cantaloupe,  Apples, Blueberries,
Blackberries, Peaches, Pomegranate, in any combinations.

Prepare and cut fruits to your liking, toss together, then pour Beans Creek Brut over the fruit (you choose the amount), toss again, chill and serve!  The champagne gives the fruit a wonderful flavor.
